I can't believe our little girl is already two months old! How did that happen? She is doing great! Though she does seem to be at that "fussy" stage, she isn't nearly as fussy as a certain older brother was at this age. Hadley is sleeping at night from 11 or 12 to 7 am! Really she is asleep from about 8 pm, wakes around the time Jay Leno is beginning his monologue to eat, and is back asleep after his first guest. Thank goodness Jay is back on late night:). I do confess I haven't moved her from her bassinet in our room to her crib yet. I am having trouble making the move. Which is strange because Graham was in his crib from day 1. Though he was much closer in our old house to us. So, I keep telling myself tonight is the night. Maybe tonight it really will be.
Anyway, back to her well baby visit today. Miss Hadley is still a teeny thing. Weighing in at a whopping 8 lbs 5 oz. This puts her in the tenth percentile for weight. She is 22 inches long, which is twenty-fifth percentile. My little peanut! All the 3-6 month clothes for cooler spring days that she has she will probably never wear. And with this crazy nice warm weather we are having, a little shopping may be in order! Anyway, her rate of growth seems fine, she is just petite!
Other exciting news here to report, we are adding a patio outside and Graham and Hadley are going to be proud owners of a fantastic swingset next week! I am so excited for it,it's kind of ridiculous. Graham kind of has picked up on the fact that it is coming, though we haven't actually told him. He is a smart cookie! The man who will be installing it came by to measure and he was fully aware it was a surprise so he never said why we were out back measuring. When he left Graham pointed outside and said, " Graham's playground goes right there Mommy". Such a turkey!
Aren't they the cutest? The car sickness was certainly worth it to get these cute photos. Graham and his buddy Sander had a great time. We drove to Indianapolis to visit our friends for the night. The boys had so much fun, and so did the Mommies! The girls were kind of in their own little worlds:)
