To the Driving Range!

On Friday we decided to take Graham to the driving range, he is obsessed with golf. Whenever we pull into the garage (where his clubs are) he says "play golf" over and over. Sometimes it can be an ordeal getting into the house without saying hi to the clubs first! So, we thought the driving range would be a fun time. Poor Daddy made a little mistake in telling the munchkin as we were still at home that we were going to go play golf. Well, normally to Graham that means immediately going outside and getting his clubs out and playing. So when we bypassed the clubs and got into the car, a fit ensued! It lasted almost all the way to the range. Anyway, once we got there, he was so excited! We watched Daddy hit some balls while Graham and I practiced a bit out of the way. Graham took his turn on the range with Daddy and really enjoyed it. After the range we let him practice a few putts on the little putt putt course. When he watches golf on TV (yes, he will sit and watch the golf channel) he understands when they are "putting" or "whacking it" ( I assume this means teeing off) and will tell you as much. It was a fun outing. Afterwards we went out to eat and had a fun early dinner with the under 12 and over 65 crowd:) I am hoping this golf obsession can last a few more years, as it would be GREAT Mommy alone time for Daddy and Graham to take trips to the range or golf course on a Saturday or Sunday, don't you think?????

Potty time!

How cute is this? I had to use the potty, and two little people decided to join me. Graham and Lilli both happily took seats on their respective pink potties to keep me company:)

Then...and now.

Today we had a fun playdate with all of my teacher friends. There were four of us who all had babies within about 9 weeks of each other. Carol and I actually delivered our boys on the same day! A lot has changed since this first picture was taken, Jennifer (second from left) and I are both expecting babies again! Jennifer is due in about 6 weeks, while I still have a while to go, but it will be fun that both our kids will be so close together. Carol and LeeAnn have gone back to school, and are getting ready to start the school year this week! This picture was taken when Graham and Andrew (First on the left) were just over 5 weeks old, and the other Andrew (second from left) and Joey (4th from left) were about three months old. Here they are below, today, at 19 months (Andrew), 21months (Andrew), 19 months (Graham), and 21 months(Joey). It was a lot harder to get a picture this time, they didn't want to sit still. So cute though!
This was take #2.... Andrew wanted down, and Graham was not into the photo op anymore:)


There must be something about January 2nd birthdays, because both Graham and Andrew love golf and basketball. Graham fell in love with this huge club of Andrews. Not to mention the fun basketball court they made in the hallway. Andrew pushed the hoop to the hallway to create this little court all on his own!

Kids' Concert!

Even though it was so hot, we had a great time at this outdoor concert for kids. Graham did a lot of dancing in the aisles! Fun time!

Fun Day

Out to lunch!

We had a nice lunch at one of our favorite places, over by our old house. We meet good friends Carrie and Max. The boys enjoyed their lollipop (Graham had two!) desserts so us moms could chat just a bit longer!

Haircut!

Graham wasn't too happy about getting his hair trimmed this time. I had to hold him in my lap this time so no cute pictures of the actual cutting!
